...you drink 14 cups of water a day (or try to) and are still considered dehydrated.
...you grow out of your maternity clothes before 30 weeks.
...you go to bed at or before 8 p.m. every night but can't stay in bed too long past 7 AM because your body starts to hurt.
...by the end of the day you are limping around because your back hurts and belly is so tight.
...you are hungry, but after about 6 bites your stomach is full and the food feels like it is in your esophagus.
...you go through toilet paper 4x faster than your pre-pregnancy days.
...you wonder if your name choices are good- should you go with cutesy twin names- or individual names? Decisions, decisions, decisions!
...you are totally stoked, glad, excited, overjoyed that "full term" is 3 weeks shorter for you than other moms carrying just one bundle of joy.
...you spend your days imagining what life will be like with a new son and daughter- half excited, half terrified of what will unfold in the future.
...you are falling in love with your babies before they are even born. I really think that one is almost any mom but it is such a wonderful feeling.
I am excited to meet them. I am really done being pregnant, but want these babies to be born healthy and happy. So...I forge forward. Besides, we aren't ready yet. The nursery isn't finished- really it isn't even begun- so we are SO not ready. But soon enough- we will meet our precious babies. Until then, excuse me while I have some work/planning to do!
p.s. For my visiting twin mommies...leave your own "you know" in the comments and we can have a bunch of laughs.
